Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice more than once may result in restrictions on future bookings. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. For appointments with multiple services booked, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel any individual service. Services cancelled at the time of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge. ⸻ Late Policy Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may be charged 100% of the service cost. ⸻ Guest Policy To ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment, only one guest is permitted. For safety and comfort, children under the age of 14 are not allowed. ⸻ Lash Appointment Preparation Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. If you wear contact lenses, kindly bring a case or be prepared to wear glasses. ⸻ Lamination Eligibility Clients currently using chemical skincare products (such as retinol) may not be suitable candidates for lamination services. ⸻ Conduct Policy To maintain a calm and enjoyable experience, I kindly ask that conversations remain respectful and appropriate during your appointment. I reserve the right to decline service when necessary.
